Wisława Szymborska wrote a couplet about Czesław Miłosz, and when Miłosz learned that Szymborska had been awarded the Nobel Prize, he said with satisfaction: ‘Wasn’t I right?’ During the 5th Miłosz Festival, thanks to partnership with the Wisława Szymborska Foundation, the charm, dignity and irony of two unusual poets will return to Krakow.

The “Feel Good” composition announces a new record called PanPan – Laur, which will be available in May. And very soon the artists will present the first single.

Entries are welcome for the competition “The Poster Remediated” at the 25th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw. The competition held as part of the 25th edition of the International Poster Biennale in Warsaw is open to entries from 15 March 2016. Artists and graphic design studios from all over the world are invited to create short animations based on the selected posters awarded at the Biennale. Entries may be submitted until 10 May 2016. The International Poster Biennale in Warsaw is organised by the Poster Museum at Wilanów.
The Poster Museum inaugurates the jubilee 25th edition of the International Poster Biennale. After 50 years the formula of the event changes. This year, its main part will be “The Poster Remediated” exhibition devoted to the functioning of the poster in a public space and electronic media.

Marcin Stańczyk, a lawyer and a composer, the only Pole to receive the prestigious Toru Takemitsu Composition Award, will represent Poland in the cultural cooperation programme between China and 16 European countries (16+1) in 2016 and 2017.
